RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your candles! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below: 
 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Candles must be unused, unlit, and in original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for damaged or defective items only.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the items and their packaging.
We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost once the issue is confirmed.
